Navigating the Message Board
You can log into GO-TO on the left side of this page or by clicking on the orange GO-TO icon above. (Note: For information on how to log into GO-TO or on how to create an account, please click here.)
Once you’re logged in, click the Secure Messages link on the left side of the page to access your personal Inbox. All new messages will appear in the Inbox (Note: All messages are deleted after 90 days).
Five links appear above your Inbox: Delete, New Mail, Sent Items, Deleted Items and Inbox.
Inbox - Click Inbox to view New Messages. You can sort your messages by clicking Date Sent, From or Subject. Click on the blue subject line to view your messages. Once the message is open, you have four options: Delete, New Mail, Cancel and Reply.
Delete - To delete a message from the Inbox, check the box next to the message you wish to delete, and then click the Delete button. Your message will appear in the Deleted Items box. Note: You can delete items from the Sent box in the same way.
New Mail - Click this link to send an e-mail to the Provider GO-TO administrator (Note: the Provider GO-TO administrator is the only possible recipient of your messages). Add attachments by clicking Browse and then searching for the correct file. After attaching the file you want, click Send or Cancel. (Note: You must enter something in the Subject line to send your message.) After clicking Send, you will receive a Thank You message confirming that your e-mail was sent. Three options are then available:
- "Click here to print a copy of this message for your records." Clicking the link opens a printer-friendly copy of your sent message. (Note: Your browser’s pop-up blocker must be turned off to use this function.)
- "Click here to return to your home page." You jump back to your GO-TO home page.
- "Click here to view your Message List." You return to the secure message board Inbox.
We’ll respond to your e-mail within three (3) business days.
Sent Items - Use this link to access all your sent e-mails. You can sort sent messages by clicking Date Sent, From or Subject. Click the blue message in the subject line to view the message. The Message View screen provides the option to delete messages simply by clicking Delete. You can also create a new message from this screen by clicking New Mail. Click Cancel to return to the Inbox. You can also respond to any message by clicking Reply.
If you want to delete a message from Sent Items, check the box next to that message and click Delete. You can still view the message in the Deleted Items box.
The Sent Items function also allows you to view any Claims Adjustment Review Request (CARR) forms submitted via GO-TO. (Note: Only adjustments sent through GO-TO are sent to the Sent Items mailbox.)
Deleted Items - Click here to review your deleted messages. Messages that have been read are deleted after 90 days.
If you need to print any message other than New Messages, use your browser’s Print function. You may need to adjust print properties if you do not wish to print in color.
