GO-TO Healthy Choices: Overcoming Insomnia

You’ve gone the route of counting sheep and warm milk, and you’ve listened to more than your share of ocean sounds and chirping crickets. Now discover HealthMedia® Overcoming™ Insomnia, a sleep solution founded in proven science that will teach you techniques that address your specific sleep problem.

As part of the program, individuals will:

  • learn to change negative thinking that interferes with sleep
  • develop new habits that promote healthy and restful sleep
  • learn relaxation techniques to fall asleep, and
  • develop strategies to keep stress from affecting sleep.


How to Get Started
  1. Access your GO-TO account or create an account if you don't have one
  2. In GO-TO, open your member page and click on the orange “GO-TO Healthy Choices” bubble
  3. Review the welcome letter and privacy policy
  4. Complete the Health Risk Assessment
  5. Choose Overcoming Insomnia.
