Who is eligible? How do I get started?
All Physicians Plus health plan members are automatically eligible for Plus Perks discounts. No sign-up is necessary. Simply show your Physicians Plus Member I.D. card at the participating business to earn your discount.

Is there a cost to participate in this program?
Your only cost will be the discounted costs and fees you pay directly to the participating businesses at the time of purchase. All discounts are paid for by the participating businesses. Physicians Plus only coordinates the program. We do not charge our members to participate and do not build any costs into your health care premium.

Are the products and services offered here considered covered benefits?
No. Plus Perks is a discount program, not a covered benefit or insurance program.

Do participating businesses carry an endorsement from Physicians Plus?
No, inclusion in the Plus Perks program is not an endorsement. You are responsible for making judgments about the quality of these businesses, products and services, as well as their appropriateness to your needs.

How can I suggest a new business to be added to the program?
New businesses that offer products or services for healthful living will be evaluated for addition to the program periodically. If you would like to suggest a new business participant, please contact the program administrator at (608) 260-7072.

Current program information, including a list of businesses and discounts is always maintained on this Web site. This information is updated regularly and is the best source of information.
