We have created an orientation for new Physicians Plus health plan members. Additionally, as a new member, please complete the following steps:
Please read your member handbook, summary of benefits and
insurance certificate for important details about your health plan and member rights and responsibilities.
If you have other health insurance coverage, please complete a Coordination of
Benefits form. This information helps us process your claims as quickly and accurately as possible.
Your primary care physician (PCP) will help coordinate your overall health care. To select a PCP, click the Find a Provider link above for our online directory. Once you’ve identified your choice, update your selection in GO-TO.
With a GO-TO account you can find drug formulary information, update your personal information, change your PCP, view benefits and claims information, manage your prescriptions, print ID cards, and more.
