Step 1
Please read your member handbook, schedule of benefits and
insurance certificate (click the Member Materials at left) for important details about your health plan and member rights and responsibilities.
To access your personal health plan information any time online, click
the GO-TO link above, click “Sign Up for Member Account” and follow the
instructions (make sure your member ID card is handy).
Step 2
If you have other health insurance coverage, please complete a coordination of
benefits form available
under “Member Materials”. This information helps us process your claims as quickly
and accurately as possible.
Step 3
Select a primary care physician (PCP) to coordinate your overall
health care. To find a PCP, click the "Find a Provider" link above for our online directory.
Once you’ve identified your choice, update your selection in GO-TO.
