This on-line tool lets employers download rosters, add or term subscribers or dependents, verify new enrollees, and more. Members can view benefit information, claim, authorization and referral status, update personal information, change their PCP, and order replacement ID cards.

Subrogation
For subrogation, Physicians Plus will pend all claims with a diagnosis common to accident or work-related conditions. Those claims will then be sent to Physicians Plus business partner Ingenix. Ingenix will then contact the member either by telephone or mail to request information to facilitate subrogation against the responsible party. Work-related claims are an exclusion; employees should refer to their medical certificate for more details.
