Physicians Plus has embraced the high standards of the Wisconsin Forward Award (WFA) program as our model for quality improvement. WFA uses the same Criteria as the coveted Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award. Guided by this proven criteria, our organization focuses on vital customer input and involvement and clearer communication pathways, helping us achieve improvement results critically important to our members. In June, 2008, Physicians Plus was awarded Mastery level by the WFA at the State ceremony.
