Physicians Plus Insurance Corporation of Madison, Wisconsin, is a nationally recognized managed care organization focused on providing high-quality, innovative products and services that help improve the health of the community. Founded in 1986 and owned in part by Meriter Health Services, Physicians Plus provides health insurance to approximately 95,000 members in South-Central Wisconsin.

Community Involvement:
As a locally owned and managed health plan, Physicians Plus has a proud, 20-year history of community involvement and support. Our commitment is demonstrated by the hundreds of hours our employees volunteer each year, as well as by the support we provide to organizations that share our vision of improving the long-term health of our community. Moreover, we believe that supporting efforts that encourage children and their families to lead more active lifestyles is one of the most important ways we can do this.
